Visited recently , and had a GREAT experience overall. The restaurant was definitely busy, but our server, Gaby, handled everything really well. She was professional, patient, and kept a calm attitude even with a full section. She made sure to communicate about wait times and still checked in with us when she could, which I appreciated given how packed it was. It’s clear she was working hard to keep things running smoothly. Service like that doesn’t go unnoticed—Gaby did a great job making the experience a good one despite the rush.

For the past 25 years, we’ve never even thought about going anywhere else for our regular Sunday morning breakfast routine—it’s always been IHOP. It all starts with a humbling owner, Sam, whose presence sets the tone for an exceptional experience. From the moment we walk in, the hostesses greet and seat us with warmth and professionalism. Our favorite and only waitress, Yari, truly makes every visit special—a shining star whose warmth and brilliance light up the entire dining experience. She greets us with a genuine smile, remembers our regular orders, and often knows exactly what we want before we even say a word. Beyond her exceptional service, she always takes a moment for a kind, engaging conversation—sharing updates on her current studies and thoughtfully asking for a small but meaningful piece of advice or mentoring insight. Her attentiveness, timing, and genuine care are unmatched, always anticipating our needs without ever being intrusive. Alongside Jessica, Briana, and the rest of the excellent waiting staff, the service is consistently top-notch, and the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. It’s this level of personal connection and outstanding hospitality that has kept us coming back week after week for decades. Biscuits and gravy, extra gravy on the side.

I’ve been coming to this IHOP for quite some time, and recently something feels different—in the best way. I’m not sure if it’s under new ownership or management, but the experience has noticeably improved. We visited on a Saturday morning around 9am. It was busy, but not overcrowded. We were seated in about 2 minutes (yes, really just 2 minutes), which was impressive given the time. Our waiter, Aaron, truly made the visit exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Since we already knew what we wanted, he offered to take both our drink and food orders right away, which made everything seamless. Our food arrived quickly, hot, and ready to enjoy. Aaron consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. We also appreciated being able to pay right at the booth—no need to wait at the counter. Aaron, thank you for setting such a positive tone for the rest of our day. Your kindness and attention to detail definitely did not go unnoticed.

I have been going to this IHOP for years and it is a reliable, and delicious place to eat. The staff is always attentive and sweet and the food is always consistently good. This last time we were there Yare our server took care of us and as expected of this location, she was warm and attentive. We wanted for nothing and had an excellent experience.

We came here while visiting from Minnesota, and IHOP has always been one of our go to spots. I’ll be honest we were a little hesitant because of some previous reviews, but we decided to give it a chance anyway and I’m so glad we did. Our server Keshia absolutely ROCKED. From the moment we were seated until we left she had a smile on her face and such a positive attitude, it was honestly a breath of fresh air. She made sure everything was correct, checked on us at the right times and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about her job and her customers, she’s definitely a keeper! The food was good, the wait wasn’t long and overall we had a great experience. When I come back I’ll definitely be bringing more friends and family. Shoutout to IHOP and especially Keshia for turning our visit into such a great one!

I had a great experience with our server, Kesha. She was all smiles and provided amazing customer service. I brought my family here while visiting from Minnesota, and the food was great. The staff was friendly, and Kesha was very knowledgeable about the menu—she gave me some really good suggestions. At first, I was hesitant to come here because of something I had heard, but Kesha and the rest of the staff completely changed my view. I will definitely visit again when I’m back. Thank you!

IHOP never disappoints when it comes to comfort food. The pancakes are soft, fluffy, and full of flavor, and the breakfast options are always fresh and satisfying. The eggs, bacon, hash browns, and omelets are cooked well and served hot. Even their lunch and dinner items, like burgers and sandwiches, are tasty and generously portioned. The menu has a great variety, so there’s something for everyone. If you’re looking for delicious breakfast food and good value, IHOP is a great choice. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
